The Best Attorney and Staff!! I have known Vaughn Wamsley awhile and words can’t express the service that I received from an automobile accident. They were great keeping in touch with me and when I first met with the Gentleman to get all the information he needed he came to me. So convenient for me. I highly recommend if you ever need an attorney, this is definitely the one you need!

Great Customer Service

A number of years ago we were rear ended; did not seek counsel for that accident. Ended up having one hellova time getting necessary physical therapy treatments paid for. October of 2022 got hit again, this time broadsided (trust me, I do not have targets painted on my cars). Called Vaughn as soon as I got home. Provided the Counselor all the info, to include medical bills, and left the rest to him and his staff. As of today, I would call myself one happy camper (if I camped) with the way the Womsley office settled the aftermath of the 2022 accident. I vote 5 Stars! I vote Thank You Vaughn! Robert E. I was in a car accident 30hours post-op from a hip surgery in 2018. Little did I know, that car accident would send me through another surgery and longer recovery. I retained Vaughn Wamsley over 16 months after the accident, because settling the claim by myself was just not working. Not only did Mr. Wamsley come to my house for my consultation, but he was able to get me more money than I would have on my own. He is a wonderful attorney to have in your corner.

He got my payment before the year was up after my wreck I'm a person who hates being in the dark about things and every time I called or emailed I got a response quickly and it was always respectful I definitely would send my friends and family to him for any type of accident he is great at what he does

These are some excellent people. Debbie was awesome. She answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I didn't have many questions to ask, though. She and Attorney Baber took care of pretty much everything (apart from medical releases). I didn't have much to do. I am extremely happy with how my case was handled!
