Vaughn was very kind to me im not a very outspoken person face to face and since my injury that has become worse but the entire staff and Vaughn himself were very kind and asked me if id like a beverage or coffee when i came for my visit it was very cosey i felt welcomed as soon as i walked in the room lit up with smiles and welcomes Vaughn was outside in his car when i arrived reading his daily scriptures but was in within minutes we had a deep conversation about how similar our cases were then went over my case he gave me a free bible and asked me what i wanted to do with my life witch is diclosed information but id just like to say to anybody who is going to choose a attorney Vaughn is the man i called 3 other attorneys and they said there wasnt a settlment in my case and i am very happy with what im getting back for mine.

In March, 2006, I was taking a walk up our quiet, suburban street, when around the corner came a yellow Jeep, driven by a man who was truly high and feeling no pain as he careened head on into me. One of the few things I remember from the weeks that followed was meeting a very empathetic, strongly Christian attorney in my hospital room. He was kind, compassionate, confident and very reassuring, as he asked questions and took many photos that day, and he remained so In the many months that followed. My life was forever changed on that cold, wintry day, but my husband and I will always be eternally grateful to Vaughn Wamsley for taking us through the maze of doubts, fears, and confusion we were dealing with. He was unbelievably adept at deflating the cold, callous, schemings of the insurance company adjusters we were dealing with. They were so sure they had me all sewed up and tucked away...which they would have if Mr. Wamsley hadn't taken over. He was so absolutely adept at dealing with them -- we were amazed...and so were they! Hopelessly over matched, they agreed to a much higher settlement than we had hoped for, closing up their little briefcases and quietly, sheepishly, exiting the room before they got into even more trouble. I will never be the same again. Medical problems have continued steadily through the years. Nearly all are connected to the accident, which I tend to think of as the 'assassination attempt'. The pain and scars remain, but much of the worry over hospital and doctor bills does not. Thank you, Vaughn...to this very day, you are still helping us. We will continue to refer victims to you, with no hesitation. May God be with you now and forever.

Vaughn and his staff were very helpful and moved my process along quicker than expected. I would highly refer Mr. Wamsley and would use him again, but, hopefully, wont need to.

He is an incredible attorney and Christian man. I say this because he handled my case with the upmost attention so much that I hired him again. I am not always the easiest person to deal with and his patience with me was incredible. His team is very knowledgeable and respectful. I always get either right through to Attorney Wamsley or Mike in his office immediately or a call back with in minutes. My advice for what it is worth is I would hire Vaughn and his team with confidence if I were in need of a attorney working in his expertise.

I personally wasn't interested in pursuing a lawsuit. I thought for sure it wasn't worth my time and more of a headache than anything.
