Very professional, and polite!

I was injured in an auto accident late last year and when things got rocky with the other driver's (at fault) insurance company paying my medical bills, I knew I had to seek legal help. After meeting with a couple of different attorneys and reviewing their fees/contracts, I ran across Wagner Reese. They had great reviews and now I know why. Laura and Tiffany were so great to work with. They responded promptly to my e-mails and were straight to the point, which I appreciate. They didn't overpromise, they overdelivered. Could not be more satisfied. Would highly recommend even if you're not in the Indy area. I am in NWI and they were still able to handle my case just fine!

Jason Reese represented me when I was struck(as a pedestrian) by a vehicle backing up in the wrong lane in a parking lot. I had a near-amputation of my right foot. Letting Jason handle our case was extremely helpful in letting me worry about healing, not how to pay medical bills. He pursued settlements from the driver's insurance, as well as my own insurance company. Jason kept us informed as to how the case was going and asked for our input when needed. After the final settlement, he actually sent us another check that came from negotiation with the hospital. We couldn't have had finer representation!
