Ms. Wyatt is attentive and devotes her time in understanding the clients situation and as the case/situation maybe. She will take the time to explain options and legal approach, in terms where non legal background folks (most of us) can understand, on how to address the issue.

The practice is very rude I just called trying to ask questions. They never said who I was speaking to. When I was transferred over to some I tried to explain my situation and the lady said she didn’t have time for that. Just rush me into stating what I wanted out of her. Rude and disrespectful is not how you handle potential clients.
