You will not find better than Courtney ! She has gone above and beyond for my daughter . She’s been a pillar of strength for me through some of the hardest things I’ve ever had to walk through. She puts her clients first . She’s passionate, intelligent, and makes sure every move she makes is in the best interest of everyone involved. Courtney is the real deal. She is currently my attorney in a very intense case involving my daughter . She also stepped in to help me in an emergency situation for my mothers guardianship . She never hesitates to help !! I’m fighting a guardianship case where she has financial exploited the ward who is a disabled incapacitated veteran and has ran 100s of thousands of dollars from his VA benefits and trying to steal possession of his VA Estate under her guardianships. She’s the most unprofessional attorney I came across, curses like a sailor and projects her poor amd cruel characters onto others. Her work ethics are beyond poor. She has even used words intimacy to the incapacitated adult ward which were, “I love you”. I pray for anyone that’s under a guardianship with her including their loved ones for she likes to defames the ward’s family to get them all alone to be able to further exploit abuse. I currently have a lawsuit against this attorney as well as an order of protection filed against her. S Courtney and her counsel Renee Day(one of the attorneys here at CS LLC) both committed perjury in court by saying public guardians are not allowed to get sued for their (illegal and unethical) actions, into order to persuade a judge to get a small claims case dismissed. Courtney and her attorney composed an unqualified order of protection to keep me away from my brother that is completely non legitimate and can not be found in any officer’s system. She used the non legitimate protection order to file 4 criminal charges on me through her county, Porter for invasion of privacy. 3/4 was for me sending her emails in concerns about my brother’s healthy lifestyle and the 4th criminal charge she filed through the state was from me leaving this public review on google a month ago claiming it was harassment. Since of February 18th, 2021 she’s been illegally trying to take possession of the ward’s property by performing unlawful evictions by using “occupant to relocate” court orders, falsely claiming it’s an eviction order when in fact it’s just used to bully a tenant to move out without properly evicting for she has no legal right/authority to evict. All while using the ward’s own money from his VA account as well as the guardianship account. Her wrongful actions has caused her license to be put into great jeopardy and she just keep defaming me and trying to prevent me from discrediting her and to desperately try to silence me in proving her poor guardianship and unlawful evictions just to take possessions of my brother’s property and all of the harm she has caused the ward.
