Mr. Loheide was very helpful and answered all my questions while allowing me to talk and express my frustration over my personal situation. He sounded and seemed genuinely concerned. On the information i have i would recommend.

Ben Loheide was my court appointed atty in 2006. When I met him, I was an inmate, he treated me with respect and dignity. I feel like he gave my case fair amount of consideration, even though he wasn't getting paid by me. He is very easy to talk to and professional.
