Wonderful experience. Theresha acted as both lawyer and mediator in what could have been a very horrible and painful meeting. She is a skilled negotiator and displays empathy and wisdom to all parties while maintaining the distance and authority necessary for her calling. She is a gifted attorney and amazing woman.

Whitted Law Office is professional, responsive and works for their clients needs. I hired Mr. Alan Whitted for two different legal matters and both worked out in my favor. He genuinely cares for his clients! Will use him again in the future if needed.

So happy I called them! They saved me from alot of bs that a certain detective was trying to do.

Teresha Whitted is amazing! She was so kind and non-judgemental. She was knowledgeable and informative. I never felt rushed when I talked with her on the phone or with meeting with her in person. She took lots of time and explained everything and answered any questions that I had. I felt so protected by her in court. Her staff is equally amazing. They would call with updates, and email me with any additional information that I needed to know. I can not imagine using any law firm other than Whitted Law.

I live out of state and was only here for 11 days with a long list of things to do to settle my mom's estate. Alan worked me into his busy schedule and saved me money by suggesting a transfer on death deed instead of setting up a trust. This was the perfect solution that I didn't even know existed. He also answered many questions I had on legalities I might run into trying to manage mom's estate from Colorado. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind and worked me into his schedule a second time so I could get everything filed before I left town! I would highly recommend his services.

Just want to give whitted law a shout out and all graditude in world. Really was great experience, it was also professional and painless and couldn't had gotten any better of consultation .
