From start to finish, Laura addressed all of my needs promptly, strategically, and in a very friendly, professional way. The first impression she made was one of confidence and compassion. I had recently moved to Columbus IN from Fort Wayne and was in need of a lawyer and had no idea of where to start. From my first meeting to my last, Laura was always professional, friendly and easy to talk with too. Her office was not stuffy or cold, as some lawyer offices are, but felt "homey".
