Amy and her team are amazing

I deleted my old review because I forgot how badly they messed up. I was reminded after my parents passed and had to deal with the mess they made. Their incompetence is costly both in time and money. They don’t return calls or emails, the lawyer will not be present at the signing, and they will not assist you with their work afterwards. Don’t trust them when they say “your CPA should stay in their lane”, make sure they are present in all discussions, as Amy will claim "that she a lawyer not a financial advisor" when their plan is poorly executed.

Seemed very knowledgeable when dealing with elderly issues. We were explained the laws and options so it could easily be understood. The people we met there were personable and understanding. Highly recommend

Met with Attorney for initial consultation. However we did not get to see attorney at signing. So consequently any questions/concerns were addressed by secretary who would occasionally go ask attorney my concerns. I am still concerned they DID NOT use my legal name which is hyphenated and they said it doesnt matter. Spent a lot of money to meet with a secretary. Got feeling of being brushed off. Would not recommend for the money.

Very professional firm who always takes the time to answer questions and ensure your needs are met. The staff is professional and provide excellent customer service. I’ve referred several people to this firm.

I just finished my trust work with Amy. It made my old trust documents that were done years ago look like a little kid wrote it. I couldn't believe how in depth it was. I loved her recommendation on dispersing the funds to my kids. Great value for what I paid compared to what others were charging.

Seeing Amy for elder care for my mother. Glad I chose her. She's the best.

Amy was wonderful, we discussed some estate planning for my mom. My mom passed unexpectedly and the firm sent a beautiful sympathy card even though we did not complete the documents. I would use Amy for any estate issues without hesitation. Wonderful people.

Called about bringing my mother in to do a power attorney with Amy Nowaczyk. Took all my information name, address, telephone number and information about my mother and said there was paper work they would like filled out before we came in and would mail it to me. After a week I called back because I hadn't received anything in the mail and they asked if I remembered who I talked to otherwise they couldn't help me because they have a lot of people there. I told them what I had been calling for and it was with Amy Nowaczyk. She said she would check, came back on line and said sorry no one knew who talked to me. Said thanks but no thanks.
