If you are looking for someone to represent you to the fullest? Sachs & Hess are your people. From being served divorce papers, with less than 24 hours notice of initial court hearing Andrew Martin, with his own schedule full was able to make the early morning court date. Do you need someone that will fight for you with every ounce of his being. Mr. Martin is the man! He is very caring, compassionate and upfront about what your needs are to what he needs from his clients. Without going into too much detail about my case, imagine standing at the bottom of a hill and out of nowhere lava starting pouring down the sides. Attorney Martin turned that lava into stone as we climbed that hill. I am forever GRATEFUL he was sitting by my side through this process.

Andrew Martin was the Estate Attorney on our Probate case. He promptly filed the case and instructed me how to legally proceed. He answered ALL my questions in person, by phone, or by email--he was always responsive. My siblings were constantly challenging me on Estate matters (I was the court appointed Personal Representative). However, I stayed calm because Andy always made sure I followed the law/judges orders. His representation was worth every penny through this stressful time! Highly recommend!

It’s been a long, hellish two years, but Attorney Valdivia fought through it with me the whole time. Kristin Valdivia got me out of a lot of low spots through the process and was motivated by more than the money at stake. Christina Miller who works at the same firm, had also helped me throughout the process. Great law firm full of knowledgeable attorneys that will not mislead you like many do now days. No false hopes they give you honest opinion and strive to deliver and please you as the client. Highly recommend...

If I could rate this Lawyer Andrew Martin a zero I would . The attorney Andrew Martin was the worst lawyer in the history of lawyers I paid this so called Lawyer 3000$ one lump sum almost my whole tax return at the time to represent me and my daughter born out of wedlock. However that is beside the point here, I placed my trust into this lawyer and all he did was degrade me and had me pay for full paternity testing . Thank God for decent judges, she requested my daughters father pay for the whole test (400)$ give or take. Which father then refused to pay once judge requested this. He also slandered me to my daughters father and told him to go against me. I plead with others don’t spend your hard earned money here. They are greedy horrible human beings. The only decent ones were the receptionists, and to top it all off Andrew Martin was so disgusting. He told me if people couldn’t afford kids they should not spread there legs, and that I “Coulda had slept with the whole locker room” per his words verbatum. In the end he did nothing for me and took my money and still had the decency to charge me 300$ more dollars for making some phone calls to me which I was a single mother struggling at the time and was going through financial difficulties. I would run far away from this office. Not all lawyers are this awful but his office is!

Christina Miller and Kristin Valdivia failed in numerous ways. Too many to name. They failed to follow my requests to stop contact with my ex husbands attorney and run all requests thru me to mitigate legal fees, a direct violation of my written request that resulted in extensive additional legal fees. From the date of hiring them, I requested mediation & they failed to make this happen. Only until the court ordered mediation did it take place, a year later & a significant amount of legal fees later. During mediation I was forced to be in the same room (with no warning or preparation) with my ex who is not permitted to be anywhere near me. I was not prepared for this by my attorneys nor did they speak up for me during mediation. At all. When berated by the mediator that the abuse was my fault by saying “that’s your fault, you should’ve left a long time ago!” Kristin Valdivia merely whispered under her breath “it’s not as easy as you think”. This was appalling behavior by the mediator and attorney. Kristin and Christina are NOT advocates for victims of domestic violence, they advised me that I needed to speak up to have my abuser removed from the room. That is what THEY were hired to do, be my voice. They FAILED! They failed to advise me that upon separation I could have made changes in benefits etc. this failure on their part costs me THOUSANDS of dollars. They lack the skills and ability to perform as an attorney should. There is a lot more I can list however, I think this is enough to help others make an informed decision. Stay far away and save your money. Terrible representation, victim blamers and they will merely take all your money.

I just called to see if I could retain their services for a mal-practice case and the lawyer started screaming. Literally screaming “HOW WERE YOU HARMED” I would’ve explained if you let me get a word in. I would look elsewhere for legal help.

Andrew Martin has been my go-to attorney for nearly 7 years. He displays great communication for any and all questions, is very quick to respond, and is overall on top of his game. He does anything he can to get you the best possible outcome. Highly recommended.
