Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
