Took my money left me on read a for a half a year with no response took my almost a full year to get my money back than turned around and called me a thief for trying to get my dads money back like I was stealing it lol very unprofessional behavior. Very unprofessional and ill kept. His office is in a creepy, old dump of a house in Elkhart.
He makes promises, takes your retainer and you will never hear from him again. When he finally replied via text, his comments were completely unprofessional and did not convey any relevant information. Itfelt like he was bullying and belittling us for contacting him.
My suggestion is to steer clear of the guy. He is an old burnout who should retire.

Hired him for my dad, we paid fees and he has not responded to us for months!! We hired him July of 2023 and there has been an extreme lack of communication. We haven’t heard a single update regarding his case. Doesn’t respond to texts, calls, emails, and everytime we show up at his office he never opens the door. Save your money and look elsewhere

People are not perfect. As an attorney Mark will do everything in his power to prove your innocent . Even if your guilty he looks for the loopholes to get you the best sentence possible, very reasonable price and willing to work with you on payment..I would recommend him

Wow!! She is remarkable. Although we didn’t speak much about my case, she didn’t need lots of meetings to go over it. She understood what I wanted and how to prove that in court. She is extremely smart and knows the law so well. She definitely gained my respect and confidence. I definitely recommend her to anyone fighting family law. I look forward to hiring her for other cases I have.
