The ability to communicate with their clients is non existent. all Communication was from me reaching out to them. And I was told that since "I" didn't receive and sign 1 form that they would need to refile after I have waited for over 6 months. As at client being told their inability to properly communicate with the client is the clients fault is unsatisfactory. Plus, when the Social security office tells you nothing was ever filed again after the impression that it was filed 6 months ago. Now I may loss my house for his firms incomitance.
