Jesse Poag is an absolute awesome attorney. Very empathetic to people's disabilities. Very informative and caring. Strongly recommend him for anyone who needs help, he's there for you day and night, has always returned my calls, answered any questions I've had, Jesse is the attorney you need in your case, trust me, he knows his stuff. Jesse just represented me in my hearing and Jesse fought hard for me, take my word for it, this is the attorney you want representing you!!!!!

I use Jessie Poag as my attorney. He has lots of experience dealing with disability. I felt like at first he was good at remembering my case but then he now seems more distant like after 6 years he is either too busy or just arrogant not sure exactly. He just went out on his own and I hope he will get more into knowing his clients better cause my last time filing I feel he didn't represent me as good as he did prior. He seems to rely on his assistant who I haven't met and she didn't have a clue about my case besides she filled out the paperwork. Knowing people you represent is good business and it helps you represent them better. I know knowing all of them is not something that can happen but at least try harder than you do and your assistant should too.

Within a few days of my car accident, I ended up in a difficult situation with the at-fault driver’s insurance company. I was still recovering from my concussion and was distressed by the whole situation. I text the number on the website and Neil responded almost immediately. He called me shortly after and talked with me about my accident and case. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive.
