Aggressive and unethical debt collection practices
“Bunch of sharks that will do everything to take every last penny you have. They probably wouldn't bat an eye at taking their own grandmothers to court for everything they own.”

Lack of transparency and communication with clients
“They didn't take the offer to the client they represent, I called their client (plaintiff) personally and verified and they were confused. All about ripping you off, if you have the means to get an attorney… do it! Find an enemy or someone who hates them to represent you, go after them with a vengeance.”

Unreliable and inconsistent in handling payments
“I pay KDDK every month on time and I have the receipts. They just sent me a letter stating that I hadn't been paying as agreed and that they monitor my employment. Basically threatening to try to garnish me again or tie me up in court again.”
