Hired Danks and Danks. Brandon was my attorney. Great experience. Would recommend. They know how to navigate the court system which can be overwhelming at times. He was able to settle my case quickly and out of court.

If you want an attorney who’s hard nosed and not afraid to get his hands dirty Scott Danks is your man! He always made sure to contact me and was always fighting for me. He makes decisions based on what’s in the the best interest of his client. I hired Scott to represent me in my divorce and I needed to get things rolling immediately. Scott without hesitation took my case on and had us in front of a judge for an emergency hearing within 4 days! Scott always made a difficult day seem so much better, especially in a divorce. He will never lie to you or tell you what you want to hear. He’s honest and will never make you promises that he can’t keep. He will fight for you all the way. Brandon Danks has listened to me when I felt like no one would listen. He has sat on the phone with me as I cried. He has fought for me when I just wanted to give up. He has helped me more than my own family would. If I could refer anyone to my lawyer I probably wouldn’t because I want him to myself. This is the man to go to. He will fight for you and your family and because he is such a good man and really invests himself into you case nothing but greatness will come to you. This is the man to ask for! This office does not return phone calls or even remember your case after paying them large amounts of money. Their office staff is overworked, and unorganized. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone who wants a lawyer to work for what you paid them. This place literally made a mess of our custody agreement and I had to hire another lawyer to straighten out all the mistakes that were made from not reading requests thoroughly. I spent two days calling every family law agency in town and because dcs was involved not one lawyer would even speak with me, until I got a call back from Johnathan Danks. He took my case and immediately got to work. Within 2 weeks he had done more to help protect my child and give her a voice then dcs ever did. He gave me a set price on day 1 and we agreed upon a payment plan. My case was time consuming and went on longer then expected and he never once asked for an extra penny. Johnathan has represented me twice now in family court, and I cannot thank him enough. Johnathan and all the staff I encountered at Danks and Danks were extremely professional and helpful, always prepared and on time for meetings, court hearings and even returning phone calls about any questions or concerns I had. I recommend Jonathan and his team to anyone and everyone. I know ill never use anyone else if I ever have to go to court again.
