I'm going to be completely honest. No I do not recommend Danks and Danks. Johnathan did not care about the situation that we had to deal with. He didn't show up to half the appointments. His father had to. And after shelling out nearly 6 thousand dollars to these people they failed us miserably. All Johnathan cared about was closing the deal on his house more then the mediation that we had. Look elsewhere for a lawyer that actually cares.

Jonathan was a gift to God. I've been fighting to get my kids for eternity.
My last lawyer I had her two best friends and her brother testify against her and still lost.
Jonathan is very witty, smart and remember every lie his opposition says and uses it against them. He won my case fair, clean, and honorable.
I consider him a dear friend now.

Brandon Danks is THE best lawyer in Evansville. 10/10 recommend.
He helped us win a case against a daycare that tried to overcharge us when we unenrolled from the daycare. After threatening us many times and eventually suing us, Brandon was there to help us show the judge we indeed did not breach their contract. The people from the daycare were then ordered to pay our court costs.
I could not recommend this firm more.
