The attorney was attentive to get the business but when you have questions they don’t assist in a timely manner. The attorney never calls back or his assistants. However one lady Nicole in the office at the end was very helpful. They seem to pick and choose which clients are more important than others. You have to be totally upset and rude to get anyone to help. They don’t keep follow up date at all. It got to the point where I dismissed my case just to not have to deal with them anymore and find another law firm who cares for the clients. U guess this is the reason they advertise on Facebook and social media because of the way they operate. This attorney makes it sound good but does nothing after to help clients. I would definitely recommend NOT to use this attorney for any bankruptcy. Then my case was dismissed and I wasn’t even notified of the dismissal a creditor came for me and had to tell me it was dismissed the office didn’t even had enough respect to advise me of it before creditors came after me! That’s the most unprofessional thing an attorney could do! They just want they money they could careless for the client I would recommend get an attentive attorney not this office! All the great reviews seem to come from people who are not of color. Maybe that’s why my experience was so horrible.

Mr. Miller and his staff were all very professional throughout the entire chapter 7 process for my wife and I. They were able to answer all of our questions or find the answers. They will put your mind at ease so that you can sleep comfortably. They also help you to rebuild your credit once everything is done.

My experience with DAX J MILLER LAW FIRM has been nothing short of unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy is astounding. Repeated attempts to contact the firm have been ignored, and when my mother and grandmother—who are clients—have been able to reach them, they were treated with blatant disrespect. The front office staff, in particular, exhibited shockingly rude behavior, with one individual going so far as to ask my mother, 'Who do you think you are?' when she simply requested to be treated with respect. Such unprofessionalism is inexcusable for a firm that should prioritize client service. This behavior reflects a fundamental disregard for clients and their well-being, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this law firm.

Highly recommend! Dax and his staff provided compassionate and knowledgeable guidance throughout the entire process. They were always quick to answer any questions I had. They were the first step in getting my life back and getting a new start. I am grateful for the guidance, professionalism, courteous customer service and advocacy they showed to me during this uncertain period of my life.

I have been calling and emailing this office regarding my concerns and I get no response . I decide to call again today and got the voicemail . I called back from unknown number and she answers . My payments have also increased several times and no one can answer any questions it’s always we will get back to you . I would not recommend this company . It made me give atleast 1 star to submit review but you honestly get zero stars

I know I’m not your client my boyfriend is. One of the girls asked him to ask me to take down the 1 star review. The emails come to me!!

So disappointed. Had a consultation with Dax. Sent the information he wanted. Called the office a couple of weeks ago and spoke with a lady who wanted to argue with me, she finally said she would ask Dax a question for me and call back that day. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything.
