My chapter 13 bankruptcy was finished or closed a few months ago and Kevin was an outstanding lawyer throughout the entire process, he and his staff were wonderful. Recently, I had a question in regards to my mortgage and I emailed Kevin about the matter in question, he answered my email the same day and gave me the answer I needed, (not wanted)! But I'm truely grateful for his passion and hard work, he didn't have to answer my email but he did. I have nothing but great things to say about Kevin and his staff. Thank you. Very knowledgeable of his field in worker's compensation cases. Maudlin was upfront and honest with the initial meeting of whether there was a case or not in my situation so we wouldn't waste our time and money.

Kinkade and Associates were so caring and helpful to my needs. All of the staff are wonderful to work with. They don’t make you feel bad because of the situations you are in. They just want to help you get through it and be able to start rebuilding your life. When I check around they were also the most affordable firm. I hope I don’t have to ever file again, but if I do I will go to Kinkade and Associates again. They are great at returning your calls. There were times that they would call me back around 7 pm.which was great for my schedule. If there were 10 stars to give them I would give them 10 stars in a heartbeat.
