“Awful experience with Tom Norton. He double charged me once to make a call to me to tell me he was mailing a letter and once to mail the letter. Seriously. When I called inquiring about it his receptionist/biller was extremely rude on the phone.”

Ineffective and unresponsive service
“I'm upset at the extreme degree of ineffectiveness, ineptitude, gaslighting, and misogyny displayed by this office. I just got off the phone with Mr. Johnson, who first sends me an apology letter, then when I call him, acts as though this is all new information.”
