Rollins Law Group helped us update the title for our house. They drafted and recorded our deed very quickly and efficiently. We had the entire process completed in only a few business days (and could have been faster except for delays on my end!). Chad was very communicative and made the entire process super easy. I’d definitely recommend him in the future to those looking for real estate law in the Indianapolis/Hamilton County area!

Chad made updating our Deed and filing so simple! We signed and notarized, scanned, and emailed it. He had it filed that same afternoon. I definitely recommend Chad for his competence, professionalism, and efficiency. If you are looking for a great Real Estate lawyer in the Marion/Hamilton County area, he's your man!

We thought about skipping the legal review of a business contract… we thought the contract was simple and straightforward and we didn’t really need to spend the money on a review. I’m thankful we did… Chad identified several items for us to adjust and our business partner accepted all of his changes. I had an earnest money dispute, Chad was the only firm out of about 10 I called that actually answered the phone to even begin with my issue. If he missed my call, he always returned a call in a very short time, I didn't spend hours waiting to hear back. He spent the time to explain the process and my options in a clear way so I could make the best decision. His rates seemed fair for what was at stake ($6k). I would recommend Rollins Law Group for any real estate issues.
