I don't write a lot of reviews, but David is a great attorney. Completely professional, quick to answer calls/texts. Has great knowledge with his background and answered many questions. He has sound advice and makes the entire process extremely easy and simple. I used him and was completely happy.

David Seiter is the first person to call for assistance and representation regarding the juvenile justice system. This review is long overdue, as I've been insanely busy as of late. However, I wanted to make sure that I left a review for anyone who was uncertain about hiring David Seiter as their attorney. I hired Mr.Seiter last year (2020) to represent me in a case of false Allegations that my ex-husband made against me, which could have been very damaging to my family. (**As a side note, my ex-husband also left a false "bad" review against Mr.Seiter, somewhere on the internet, after the charges against me were dropped. Please bear that in mind when reading these reviews!**) I live in another state, and was concerned about having to spend exorbitant amounts on attorneys, travel, court costs, and that ultimately I might have to serve time in Indiana over all this. This is not the first time I've been out a LOT of money over my Con-Artist ex-husband. Not only was Mr. Seiter receptive, understanding, and professional, his rates were fair and within a range I could manage. He did his very best to be responsive, to not riddle me with unnecessary "fees" and to communicate in a manner representative of a true professional. He went above and beyond to try and keep me from having to travel unnecessarily, by requesting "Zoom" hearings, or showing up on my behalf. He went out of his way to make sure that due diligence was given to my case (as unusual a case as it probably was to him) and that all possible angles were explored in order to exonerate me from these charges. He was unrelenting in his deposition, & My case was ultimately dismissed. I am eternally grateful that I ran across his name, and that he agreed to take my case. Do yourself a favor, contact him!
