This review is long overdue, as I've been insanely busy as of late. However, I wanted to make sure that I left a review for anyone who was uncertain about hiring David Seiter as their attorney. I hired Mr.Seiter last year (2020) to represent me in a case of false Allegations that my ex-husband made against me, which could have been very damaging to my family. (**As a side note, my ex-husband also left a false "bad" review against Mr.Seiter, somewhere on the internet, after the charges against me were dropped. Please bear that in mind when reading these reviews!**) I live in another state, and was concerned about having to spend exorbitant amounts on attorneys, travel, court costs, and that ultimately I might have to serve time in Indiana over all this. This is not the first time I've been out a LOT of money over my Con-Artist ex-husband. Not only was Mr. Seiter receptive, understanding, and professional, his rates were fair and within a range I could manage. He did his very best to be responsive, to not riddle me with unnecessary "fees" and to communicate in a manner representative of a true professional. He went above and beyond to try and keep me from having to travel unnecessarily, by requesting "Zoom" hearings, or showing up on my behalf. He went out of his way to make sure that due diligence was given to my case (as unusual a case as it probably was to him) and that all possible angles were explored in order to exonerate me from these charges. He was unrelenting in his deposition, & My case was ultimately dismissed. I am eternally grateful that I ran across his name, and that he agreed to take my case. Do yourself a favor, contact him!

David Seiter was extremely helpful! He clearly knew what he was doing and not only was incredibly professional but was also comforting. HIGHLY recommend!

I hired David for my son who is a juvenile .The charge was out of Hancock county or should I say Hancuff county worst county to get in trouble in we live in camby he got probation transferred and my son got a violation and he handled it david is absolutely the best I will definitely recommend him to anyone ..

Mr. Seiter is the best attorney I have ever seen. I was facing a lot of time and he got me to stay out of prison. He really understands that addiction is a disease and how to help a person instead of sending them to prison. He knows the law so well and has friends in all the court rooms. If you need the best you have found him.

When you find yourself in a situation that requires an attorney, you want someone who knows the legal system and is willing to help you through the process. Dave helped me during my difficult time, navigating the system and talking me through options. He knows the Hamilton Co. courts and was upfront with me on what I was going to be going through. He worked with the prosecutor in my case and was able to get a very good plea deal. I highly recommend Mr. Seiter for any legal issues you may come across. I will be using him in the future.
