Great Firm.

When I was injured in a highway accident I was dealing with the stress of uncertainty about the future as well as physical pain. When Linda entered the picture I was able to relax, as I knew that she would not allow anyone to take unfair advantage. You will not find a better advocate; Linda is diligent, determined, fearless.

David has be the upmost respectable and professional representative I could have had. His communication was immediate and he did a few things out of the grace of his heart to help speed my my case, which really helped me a lot. Dave is excellent! An expungement was attempted with a previous lawyer and was denied. 3 years later, David Seiter was hired and he got the expungement granted. This was because he was well prepared and presented the evidence likewise. I would like to convey to any potential clients that in these type of legal matters and others, please do not hesitate. Due yourself a favor and hire David Seiter. He cares for his clients and works for their best interests.

Take your preconceived notions of how lawyers act towards their clients and throw them out the window. David is a rare breed of jurisprudence; friendly, punctual, honest (yes, honest) and most important, effective. There is a lot of less-than-adequate counsel available for hire (some of it quite expensive); it would behoove you to meet with David if you need an attorney.

I hired Mr.Seiter to help with a modification of placement. His rate was more reasonable than other lawyers I had contacted and even after the motion was denied the first time, Dave never gave up. He always made me feel like I still had a fighting chance! He was very responsive and he was always there for me even if I had a small question or concern. Long story short, after a couple more weeks I was finally modified to home detention and I’m currently spending every day with my family, where I belong.
