Answered my inquiry for advice super fast to calm my nerves after multiple local agencies wouldn't return a call. David gave me quick advice on how to approach a citation on my own and without asking for anything but a few minutes of his time! Update: case officially dismissed! I will shout this mans name from the roof if someone has a traffic issue.

Excellent lawyer! Very familiar with the workings Of Hamilton County Courts. Worked with the prosecutor for several days to get us the best settlement possible. Responds timely! Highly recommend!

I feel Dave was heaven sent. Spoke with Dave over the phone for the first time as he was referred by a friend. I noted then Dave was more concerned about saving me a trip to his office. We were able to meet close to my home. I was nervous about meeting Dave to retain him for my son not knowing what to expect. Dave was not what I expected. I felt his compassion as Dave began to speak about my son’s case and what his plan was. Dave done his homework. I was very confident in what Dave said was going to happen. Dave is very honest, how do I know this? I handed him my envelope to retain his services. After counting, Dave tells me I paid him too much. I was astonished at his honesty. He did not have to reveal that to me. I would not have known my mistake. I left that day knowing my son was in good hands, second to Gods. This took place on Tuesday May 28th 2024. Dave was a great lawyer to have both times I've needed him. He was extremely thorough and we went over all possible scenarios before we entered a plea. He kept some old offenses out of court for me and got me the bare minimum I could have expected for the plea. He's been there with the best advice in a timely fashion both times I've used his services. If I need him again, I'm glad he's there and he'll be the first person I call... but I really hope I don't need him again. :)
