Valerie is a crooked lawyer from the start of services. She has hidden fees for every form of communication that are not disclosed, until the monthly bill is submitted. Valerie has history of money laundering and misconduct with her clients. She is a detriment to our community.

I WANNA START BY SAYING VALERIE IS THE BEST CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER IN INDIANA!! I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH MS. HORVATH SINCE 2017. I HIRED HER FOR SERVERAL CASES AND MIGHT I SAY WE HAVE WON EACH ONE. SHE HAS GOT CASES DROPPED TO MISDEMEANORS AS WELL AS DISMISSED. VALERIE KNOWS HER WAY AROUND THE COURT AS WELL AS BEING KNOWN IN THE COURT ROOM. Valerie & Peggy, represented me on a divorce & record expungement. They were retained for me by ICADV. I was in an Domestic Abusive marriage & would still be if not for them. Due to my criminal record, past & current due to the ex, I couldn't get any assistance, decent employment, or even renting decent housing. I'd been homeless since the day I married the ex. Now, I am officially divorced. My entire record is in the process of being Expunged & life is now how it should be. This lawyer & her team are amazing. I would strongly recommend them.
