I was in a situation where my ex who is custodial parent of our 5yr old child suffers from waves of mental illness and kept putting our child in danger and there was nothing I could do because the cops wouldn’t do anything and CPS wasn’t doing anything even though they saw how erratic she was behaving. I went through the process of getting an attorney and during the pandemic my attorney at that time passed away and my case was picked up by Caryn E. Wallace of Chrzan Law. She was amazing during the entire process of establishing my parental rights. Caryn was understanding, professional, and empathic during the more stressful situations that occurred. Due to my ex’s mental and medical conditions and the lack of professionalism by her own attorney we couldn’t get things settled in court. But when we finally got to mediation Caryn got me what I wanted out of this whole thing. I was able to finally protect my child and am able to remove her from a dangerous situation without anyone telling me that I legally can’t. Thank you Caryn for all of your hard work! I hope I won’t be needing your services anytime soon!

I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone especially of color you will hear good things from Gibson and be sent an totally different person of no skill as a fall guy who won’t even file a motion when the lie is exposed on paper definitely 3000 dollars wasted Victor Waters we still cool but I learned a valuable lesson just stay out the way of racist people and a racist system

I would just like to publicly thank Brett Gibson and his wonderful law from even the receptionist for helping me in a tough situation, I could not have imagined in my wildest dreams that I would get a sentence of 30 days jail time because I facing eight years in prison..I was thinking I would receive a sentence of about 3 years because of my extensive criminal record but Mr Gibson was able to help me in spite of my record, so I'm sitting at home on probation ,not in jail or prison because of the Gibson law office.
