I reached out to Delvelthal Law office after having a Workers Comp injury. My employer was being everything but reasonable handling the situation.
I am thankful I reached out. Chad and his team were great to work with. I was able to reach out directly to Chad with questions and issues as they arose. A great lawyer. If he says he will call you back, he actually will. The only reason he's not getting five stars is as follows. When I originally went to him, he said that he would take 40% of the final cut. However, that does NOT INCLUDE LAWYER FEES. He ended up taking 50. He could have raked me.over the coals, but he was really fair. He definitely worked hard for the money, so 50% is a fair shake, as near as I can tell.
