Called two different times and never did get a return call as secretary said I would.

Was told to fill out application on line but you are not able to if you call you’re on hold then the call drops. I stopped calling after the 4th hang up. How can one get any assistance if you can never speak with a live human.

My experience with Matt was wonderful. He invited me into the office the first day I called him, while other attorney's I called pretty much dismissed me. He listened to my concerns and gave me great advice immediately. He is dependable, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He made sure I knew how to contact him in case of emergency and always returned my call or message immediately. I felt safe and secure with Matt on my team, and I know you will too. I was charged with a Felony 3 drug charge in Wells County. I hired Matt Chapel to help me get a reduced sentence because I knew I would be going to jail. Due to Matt’s negotiations and his knowledge of the law, he was able to negotiate a no prison sentence and probation for 6 years. I was on probation for only a few months when I was fitted with a faulty electronic monitoring device and the probation department wanted to revoke my probation. I retained Matt again, and he was able to prove that the electronic monitoring device was faulty and not my fault. Needless to say, the judge did not grant the probation violation. I would always hire Matt Chapel!
