I retained Doug Johnston at attorney for a very bitter divorce/custody battle. I was nervous at first as the first attorney I hired told me not to get my hopes up on getting what I wanted. I met with Doug and he said it would be easy. We worked together, built a solid case for myself, and his assistant Gail is phenomenal as well. In the end, I got everything I wanted and then more. I could not have met a better attorney for my situation. They are wonderful people, professional yet personal, and just all around excellent.

Very rude young lady answered. Told me over the phone " I don't need your little story so just tell me what you want". Very unprofessional. I never even started to explain the legal issue to her when she cut me off lol. Horrible impression on this lawfirm when an impatient person is the first to answer the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!

James Buchholz is a horrible attorney! Along with his
assistant Jennifer Salas. Don't waste your money on
someone that doesn't work on your case that you
paid him to do!! Vacation is more important to
Buchholz than his work. He worked a total of one hour on our case in over 2 month period. Doing work my wife and I already did before we hired him and he knew this. Horrible attorney!!!! My 13 year old has a better work ethic than these 2!! If you want someone to waste your time and money, he’s your guy!!
