Cons
1
Unprofessional and incompetent attorney behavior, such as lack of preparation, poor client communication, and inappropriate conduct
“Ryan Gardner is a nasty human, zero moral compass and I believe the only thing he learned in law school was the word hearsay. He is why attorneys are called slimy shysters! This guy drips with ego and entitlement.”
2
Firm's lack of transparency and poor communication regarding client matters
“Despite being assured that their firm could service anyone in Indiana remotely, I was told my mother's location outside of Warsaw, IN was the reason for the cancellation. When I voiced my frustrations about the wasted time and the late notice of cancellation, the assistant consulted with Dan and then informed me that they would not recommend a trust due to the assets being 'too little'. This came off as an insinc
ere excuse, contradicting their previous reason, and revealed an unsettling lack of transparency and communication.”
