When I voiced my frustrations about the wasted time and the late notice of cancellation, the assistant consulted with Dan and then informed me that they would not recommend a trust due to the assets being 'too little'. This came off as an insinc ere excuse, contradicting their previous reason, and revealed an unsettling lack of transparency and communication.”
