I called seeking legal consultation regarding family issues in Wisconsin. The lady who answered the phone on 08/18/2020 at 11:20am was very rude, impatient, and gave me answers she wasn't 100% sure of. Eventually, she sighed, and said "let me do some research ", and immediately put me on hold. For your information miss, my mom just passed away 2 weeks ago! The importance of customer service is sincerity and understanding. You lacked both. You brushed me off, you came across as someone who tried rushing me off the phone, and I'm letting you know I didn't appreciate your attitude. It's one thing if you can't help me. However, the way you came across was unclalled for. You put me on hold in mid sentence! No worries regarding my question. I'll seek legal advice elsewhere! EDIT: WHAT'S REALLY DISTURBING IS THIS FIRM IS ANSWERING CRITICS RESONSE BY POSTING THEIR CASE NUMBER ONLINE AND OPENLY DISCUSSING THEIR CASE!!!!! THIS IS HUMULIATING AND DISTURBING..... UPDATE: Chris gave me a call personally to apologize for the representatives actions. He explained what their firm specialized in, and gave a little more clarity on what services they offer. Very sincere, even took time to listen to the call (which, understandably, they have on record for their records). He understood my concern, addressed every question I had. Come to find out, part of their practice is collection. People, with collection agencies, they will work out a payment arrangement as long as you communicate with them. I can't speak for the other critics, I can only speak up for mine. And Chris was more than kind and understanding. Stay safe.

Exceptional and Powerful Law Firm. Chris Lapan is an amazing and awesome attorney. There are not enough amazing things I can say about Chris that would reflect his level of professionalism, compassion, knowledge, experience, integrity and in my humble opinion - an exemplary and exceptional attorney. Chris argued my situation with a level of legal bearing, accuracy and precision that no other attorney could have provided me. Not only did he win my case; he made sure weeks and months after, that I was ok. I was a difficult-at-times client and he stood by me. He was patient with me, understood and cared about my frustrations and kept me in the loop at all times. Chris is what I wanted and needed which is why I would 100% percent recommend him! The firm’s response is false and without merit. No idea why this response is trying to paint me as a criminal because of a poor review. My experience, as well as my friends and family, contribute to my one star rating. Anyone who goes on google reviews accusing someone of entirely false claims in order to explain away a one star rating (should be more like half of a star) tells you all you need to know about this place. Sad.

Great service work and dedication

Nan in the billing department is awesome. Outside of that, the legal paperwork I received regarding the lawsuit against me, was sent to me incomplete and unprofessional (looks like someone dragged it across the floor and shoved it into an envelope). So now I have to go to court next week, when I have done my part to address the financial obligation (last month), if the paperwork was completed correctly this wouldn't have happened. Obviously the Judge has to sign off on it for it to be official. Thanks alot!!!

Make sure you question what they charge you and get everything in writing! I would not recommend them to anyone.
