I find it interesting how everyone received such stellar service from this law firm because my experience has been of the complete contrary. My father was in an auto accident and I served as his POA in handling his legal matters. Tysan Eads was originally assigned to this case and he abruptly left the law firm without any prior notification to his client. Needless to say this is completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have spoken to the receptionist Beverly more than I have the actual attorney. I plan to follow-up this post with a nice letter to the law firm and then to the bar. This is deplorable service and a firm I would not recommend to anyone.

I have known Mr. Boughter on a professional level for a little more than three years. He is a fantastic attorney who I would recommend to anyone who needs someone on their side. For starters I knew I was going to get an aggressive attorney after calling 3 others for a workers comp issue at around 4 pm on a Thursday, and he was the only attorney to return my messages and he returned it that Friday morning, none of the others ever bothered to call. He did indeed prove to very aggressive as the case dragged on for about a year and got me the most I was entitled to in this anti worker state of Indiana.
