Mike represented me in a post-dissolution matter in 2018, gave good advise and kept me informed throughout the process. I would email him and get a response within an hour, explained everything in terms I could understand. His fees were great considering the work he put into my case. I would never use a different lawyer, definitely would recommend him.

Had him as my attorney thru the volunteer lawyer program and he started out like he was on my side but when it came time for the hearings he did not listin to me and did nothing to help me keep my kids
I will never give this lawyers office a good review and when I asked him about my next hearing be told me that he was dropping me as a client and I needed to find council else where he was not on my side i would not recommend this law firm to anyone ever

My experience with Shilts and Setlak, LLC was extremely personal and professional. No one wants to have to hire a lawyer but if you are in need, I highly recommend this firm. Emails were responded to within minutes/hours at the latest. And when it came time for payment they worked with me to figure out a fair and reasonable time frame. Perry Shilts didn't treat me like a number, he treated my like a client. I am grateful for the work they did for me and will have zero hesitation in hiring them again if/when needed.

The attorneys and staff at Shilt's and Setlack are very easy to work with. They are extremely busy yet reachable, work hard, yet are personable. If I have a question about my case, my lawyer promptly responds. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a family law attorney.
