Grant Stupeck was my attorney at Patterson Law. I felt both comfortable and confident in his representation of me. He was able to clearly explain everything that was going on in my case and where it was headed. One thing I appreciated most about Grant is his ability to balance working with the other party cordially while still being firm and direct and not allowing them to take advantage me. His humor and way of looking at things always helped ease my anxiety about my case. I hope I don’t need to hire another attorney but would return to Grant and Patterson Law if I do.

My situation which required me to hire a lawyer in order to protect my rights as Father and just as a importantly as a Parent. I did not know who to consult with. I spoke with Big Firm Lawyers and spoke with little local lawyers. Then I spoke with a gentleman I know who happens to be a lawyer, explained to him my situation (very messy) and asked him where i should go, who should i hire without hesitation he said REX PATTERSON i now know that REX PATTERSON has the credentials not only that but knows how to use them. REX as a lawyer well as a person has a way of making you feel comfortable he is cool calm collective but you know by the end of your first consultation with REX you will realize that there is a Lion inside him. He is going to fight for you. Without saying to much about my situation I was very pleased. A lot of people warning me how things go in Indiana when it comes to fathers rights no matter what the mother has done, they said don't expect much in court with any lawyer. I didn't listen to them I expected what was fair no I expected WHAT WAS RIGHT and those are not the same and REX PATTERSON DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME. He did so much for me and my family and all while never stepping foot inside a courtroom. I highly recommend REX PATTERSON @PATTERSONLAWLLC he as my lawyer truly changed my life for the better.

Do not hire. This guy took my family for well over 30 thousand. He never read court docs, lied in court several times to the point the judge had to call him out on it, he didn't know anything about the case when asked he blamed his secretary on email malfunctions. And dropped the case 2 weeks before trial, after assuring us that he had this in the bag. He will rob you blind if you are not from his town.

I was client for one of the lawyers, I don't recommend it at all. I paid my retainer and my file was forgotten for months after filing. I didn't like the way of calculating/promising what I will get. No one can guarantee anything in court. No client's update, paid every small communication until retainer finished just for updates. Nothing significant/non-significient done in whole retainer amount. Can't judge all lawyers in the firm, just hired one!
