I hired this attorney for bankruptcy I don't feel that I had the proper representation I end up owing the trustee $1600 I was told by his representative to have a certain amount when I went to court which was $300.00 and they looked at the time I filed the amont that I had in my account at the time. The attorney Dennis Golden wasn't there when it was time to meet the creditors.The only time I seen this attorney was when it was time to pay the $700.00 that I have him.The courts are garnishing my check to pay back the $1600.00 that is owed because they considered the money I had in my account when I filed as an asset.. .I would not recommend this attorney if you do please ask alot of questions and he had the nerve to send me a letter stating he would represent me again for another $700.00..and I must add they didn't get all of my creditors!!..Just be careful in choosing a attorney for your bankruptcy! And I still would not hire him for an attorney!..#Peace and God Bless!..
