Golden Law has shown compassion and understanding with my case. Adam has been extremely helpful, even 7 years after filing. He has great communication skills and has always been very prompt in his replies. He continues to display up-to-date bankruptcy legal knowledge and this is imperative when the rules and laws change frequently. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL

I have asked upright and the attorney they set me up with on multiple occasions what I need to do to get my driver's license reinstated being as the debt that suspended it was filed on the case. Sent multiple emails and never once did I get a response from either upright nor their associate attorney. Now I got my discharge letter and come to find out that they were supposed to send the bmv the paperwork and information and they haven't even attempted to do so. It would be nice to get the services done that I payed to be done, or at least a response letting me know what I need to do. But nope, they take your money, do the bare minimum and then ghost you. Would not recommend at all

Terrible experience took 3 months to contact me after fees were paid attorney was rude didnt let me talk hung up on me and dismissed my case would not recommend upright especially if your in the midwest region
