Brian Alsip is an amazing attorney. He was 100% on my side and supported me the entire way. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help me. Alsip was fearless in the courtroom- completely unafraid to ask the judge for leniency on things I never thought possible. I'm so happy I chose him and can't thank him enough for the sentence that I received.

This team is hands down the best! I had an odd situation of getting firearms rights restored. They knocked it out of the ballpark. Several law firms said "ohh I don't know, or it can't be done" this law firm on the other hand no questions asked, said we'll get it done and they did! See Mike Kyle and Kathie Perry for all of your firearms questions and needs. They WILL get it done.

My family has used the Criminal Defense Team on two different occasions. Both times we received outstanding results. Andy Baldwin and the whole Criminal Defense Team, including their great staff, literally saved my life. I have a 6 figure salary and was going to lose my job over false allegations. I would have lost everything...and so would my children. Whenever I needed anything, they were Johnny on the spot. I know that Andy had to meet with multiple prosecutors and fought until we got the outcome that I deserved. The whole team really treated me like family. I went through some real tough times and the whole firm was always there for me. When I didn't have a license, they drove 200 miles round trip to pick me up and make sure I didn't get into further trouble. What lawyers would do that for their clients? I have no earthly idea why any one in trouble would go anywhere else. Now, several years have passed, but whenever I am in the area I will try to stop in and see them. When a simple response to a threatening letter turned into a 5 year nightmare, Jim met the opposing counsel head on. We feel blessed from the amount of care and time he invested into our defense case. Ours was a case that was out of Jim's primary focus and became a speeding train 30 days before our trial. There is no doubt that the amount of time required to defend us imposed on the time he was able to spend with his family in order to maintain normal business and keep up with a firm that tried to drown him with the sole purpose of 'busying' to distract. Jim prevailed for us!

Jim helped me so much throughout my messy divorce. He worked hard and helped me through it. Meanwhile helping me win custody of my kids. He worked day and night to help prepare for court. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

So happy that I found Jim. Jim helped me with my mothers estate. He did an excellent job and we were so pleased. We will definitely use him again. Would recommend.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWN!!! I've been a paralegal for my fathers law firm for years but my father is a tax lawyer and doesn't do family law anymore so I hired this bum. Not only did he not prepare himself for my case, he went in not asking me hardly anything. He had no knowledge of my case whatsoever and looked like a fool when my ex was bringing up all of these different things and he had no response because he didn't take the time to get to know my case at all! He tried to wing it and because of it she lied all the way through the hearing and I had to sit there and not only listen to it, but take it as I was not allowed to say anything in my defense and he sure didn't! He took my money and did a piss poor job, in fact, I didn't even get custody of my daughter because the judge believed all of her lies and sob story because this joker didn't take the time to learn anything about what she was going to say and had nothing to rebut her with. I did, but I had to sit there and couldn't say a word! Do you understand how bad it makes your blood boil to have to sit there and listen to lie after lie knowing that every word that came out of her mouth was a lie and you can't say a word and the person that's suppose to speak up doesn't because he doesn't know what to say!!!! Hire this bozo and you will! You too will have supervised visitation with your own daughter because this clown didn't do his job!!!
