Wonderful people that were very understanding and helpful. They helped me greatly and explained everything that going on in my case. I would recommend this law firm to anyone in need.

The Criminal Defense Team doesn't pull punches, in or out of the courtroom. Andy told me in no uncertain terms to either listen to him or just accept whatever the prosecutor wanted to do to me. I listened to Andy. He got me to represent myself in a positive, professional, goal oriented manner in and outside of court, and he took care of the rest. Not only did his advice help my case, it also helped my career; I was released off probation before 50% complete, which quickly opened new doors for me professionally. I threw my name in for a promotion that I was qualified for, but scared to try to advance to because of my current probation status...I got my freedom back. Bottom line, the entire staff helped work my case .. and they will yours too. Not joking they all, not just one, plan strategies for your case. Thanks Andy, Mark Mike and Clark, it was not a good experience to have, but it sure was good that I had you to help me through it.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job of representing me. Thanks to Andy and his team, my case was dismissed before it ever went to trial. Andy and his dedicated team of legal professionals made sure that I not become another victim of the prosecutor by both advising me not to accept any sort of plea-bargain offer from the prosecutor, as well as by representing me from the beginning to the end, and at all pre-trial court hearings in between. Because Andy was ready to go to trial, there was never a need to have one. I believe that both Andy's preparedness and willingness to go to trial ASAP was one of the reasons that the prosecutor ultimately decided to drop the charges and dismiss the case. There was not really any information to support the prosector's alleged charges anyway, except for an inaccurate police report created by a biased pice officer. However, I do strongly believe that Andy's approach of pushing for a trial and demonstrating to the prosecutor that he was ready, able, and willing to go to trial was a significant determining factor for the prosecutor to make the decision to dismiss the case! I was certainly ready to go to trial in order to prove my innocence and so my was my attorney, Andy Baldwin. Unfortunately for me, I am speaking from direct personal experience with our criminal justice system that does not care about anyone, anything, the truth, justice, right and wrong, or how their choices affect others (both accused and victims alike) lives, but rather only their political gain motivations ever-present within the immoral prosecutors whom are only seeking to add another criminal court victory to their record by winning more cases, by any means necessary, thereby adding credibility to their claim of being tough on crime, even when there was no crime committed! That is it, winning by any and all costs! If these prosecutors realize that they cannot win, and/or that they cannot bully the accused into accepting a plea-bargain agreement of some kind, then they simply drop the case because they do not want to have any losses appearing upon their record, especially when they are trying to get elected and/or re-elected to office as the county prosecutor. This was very eye-opening experience for me that solidified the fact that anyone facing criminal charges of any kind will require the services of a defense attorney. The accused will need an experienced defense attorney to represent them so that the prosecutor will now be able to take advantage of them by scaring them into accepting a plea bargain. If you do end up going to court, then there is no doubt that you will require a defense attorney! If you think that just because you are innocent that the truth alone will be enough to defend you and ultimately allow you to win your case, thus you will not need the services of a defense attorney, then you will be thoroughly disappointed with your legal outcome. The unfortunate truth is that honesty, innocence, justice, and the law are not synonymous with each other. In fact, I have found out through my experience that honesty, innocence, justice, right and wrong, etc. have very little to do with the law and final outcome within our corrupt legal system. If you should ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a top-notch defense attorney to defend your rights against a highly-suspect criminal justice system and a politically-motivated prosecutor, as well as very often times one of the many corrupt prosecutors working within the criminal justice system, then I highly recommend these "Legal-Eagles" to you for your defense! Believe me, you will need a defense attorney regardless of the details of your case, your innocence, whether you were right and just, etc. Call Andy and his team sooner in the process instead of later! You cannot retain a good defense attoeney soon enough!

I was a victim of a crime many years ago and now was going to be charged. I spoke to a family member who is a lawyer and she directed me to Mr. Andrew baldwin and his team. The urgency of my situation was so intense I called and asked if he could see me that day and explained to them how urgent it was. Andrew kindly came back to his office to meet with me. After talking to Andrew I decided to hire them. He made a call and got everything dropped. Because of Andrew and his team I'm able to live my life knowing I get to see my children grow up and get to be happy. Because of his kindness and how great they are at what they do I would recommend them to anyone. Amazing people and I can never thank him enough!

They are very informative and polite, they are hands on and give you directions and the best possible solution for any issues on your case. They are family oriented and have faith in GOD. They did not judge me and made me feel as if I had walked into a friends place the respect and attitude was awesome they do not talk down to anyone they talk to you like you are someone. In my opinion they are the best lawyer team in Johnson county compared to other law firms I have used. The trust i felt and ease was unexpected and very appreciated. There fees are reasonable but they don't seem to be about money and they will work with you on how to pay. They take the stress and pressure off about any problems you have or financial hard times they work with you not against you they are really good if all lawyers could be this way the world would be a better place.
