I've never written a review before, about anything. But I have to give credit where credit is due. My now ex - wife was trying her best not to let me have split custody of my kids. Now, I don't have a perfect record, so I was a little worried. But this man took me under his wing, and fought like a bulldog for me. Today I get my kids 3 full days EVERY week, I'm very happy with my child support payments, and my kid's couldn't be happier. Let's put it this way...my ex - wife despises Dan Vandivier, and calls him a " Bully Lawyer ". That's how good he is. If you want someone that believes in the importance of a " Father Figure " in kids lives, Dan Vandivier is your guy. Thank you so much Dan, FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!

Dan Vandiver is a sorry excuse for a lawyer. Had my case for almost a year told me to take the deal the state was offering. Told him no it's time to line a jury up. He said to bring him proof of my defense I took him in about 45 documents and he said what am I to do with this I said you are the lawyer review them and represent me. He tossed down the documents and said tell me which is the most important document out of rhus stack. I told him again your are the God dam lawyer figure it out and I will be back in 3 days to pick up the documents that should give you time to make copies. He said that's not enough time and I replied fine I will file a bar complaint against you have a good day. Note Never checks his voicemail always full and can not get a message to 95% of the time. Will set phone appointment and always tell you 5 mins I am busy or have to be in court soon when he does answers 100% reject

Awesome attorney would not use any other attorney but him
