Mike was so supportive in helping us prove the accusations made against our Pappy were untrue! He and Judd worked countless days and hours gathering information and evidence that lead to the outcome we were all waiting to hear. I can't tell you how much we appreciate their time and effort. The whole family was put through hell and he was always there to give us some encouragement. He never once doubted our Pappy and he was always there to answer any of our questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer because he's definitely the best!

Michael took the time to really know who my grandfather is. When everyone else turned against him, his lawyer always seemed to think the best of him. Yes, I know as a lawyer it’s your job to do so but Michael was compassionate, a good listener, and a man who believed in my grandfather. He was honest and got the job done without him it would have been impossible

I've started to write this review more times than I can count but can't seem to find the right words. What can you say to thank a man for giving a loved one their life back? My family hired Mike and his partner when a family member had been faulsly accused of heinous acts that he simply did not do. Having an attorney who undoubtedly believed the truth from day one and helped carry the burden for nearly two years was a blessing in and of itself; but, nothing will beat the day when 14 charges came back "Not guilty" and I believe we never would have been able to do it without Mike. Thank you sip much.

For the past two years, my family has been fighting a series of injustices and heinous mistreatments from the Rushville Police Department. We have been drug through a hell that is impossible to describe, and though we knew the truth of our innocence, for the first year of our struggles, we felt no hope of seeing the other side of our gruesome situation. The only thing I would change about hiring him, is that I would find him and hire him 12 months sooner. He saved our family.

Mike Cunningham is the best attorney I have ever met. After an hour or more on our first phone consultation I know I finally found a great attorney who truly cared about my case and ME! He started right away filing everything my first attorney failed to file. Mike explained what each one meant and what to expect from him and the process ahead of us. He saved me from having to appear in court which saved me time and expenses because I live in Florida and this case was in Henry County Indiana.
