I hired Scott for a termination of child support court hearing. Court hearing kept getting postponed for various reasons. He ended up helping me handle the situation without the hearing. When I called and he wasn't in, he always called back as soon as possible. I also consulted him for advice on parenting time issues a few years back, he gave solid, practical advice. I recommend Scott and his staff.

How anybody can represent someone dead set on keeping a child away from someone willing and able to be there is the 2nd cruelest thing you can do. The 1st being his client, who wishes to use a child as a weapon and lie lie lie about everything.

Mr. Bieniek assisted in filing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and conscientious. If you want a lawyer who supports their community, definitely consider Mr. Bieniek!

Scott was a fantastic lawyer. He handled my divorce. He was fair, honest, and upfront. When I had my consultation he was honest and upfront. He told me if I wanted custody I was going to be fighting an uphill battle. He told me the way the court was going to see it. Since I went to work to provide for my family and she stayed home, I didn't have much of a chance. Due to changing circumstances she left and I hired Mr. Bieniek. He kept me informed answered every question I had and responded to my calls in a reasonable time usually within the same day or first thing the following morning. Long story short, he helped me win physical custodial custody of my children that are 2 and 4 years old. He truly pulled off a miracle. So I will recommend Scott to anyone I know that is having to go through any legal battle, especially a divorce.

I had two class A's for driving while suspended he got them both dropped with a deferral program he stayed in touch with me the whole time and I will never have another councilor as good as him I would recommend anyone to go to him for service he was very punctual and knew exactly what to do he is the best lawyer there is and knows his stuff so if you have a situation trust me go to Scott and he will help you with it .

Scott was very to the point and honest. He was polite, respectful and very helpful. He took care of my problem and I even got more than half of my retainer fee back!

I hired Scott Bieniek for myself due to having gotten in trouble for a 3rd OWI and needed to have some respresentation. Now I never heard of him or had any talk about him. Just was walking around outside of courthouse and found his office on the square and I am so so glad that I found him. I don’t believe I could have hired a better attorney for the upcoming court hearing and the trouble I had gotten in. He really took the time to listen to me and explain as well how certain things worked and how the outcome could potentially be. Very well mannered and also talks to you on lamens terms as well. We all know you want a professional in the courtroom and a buddy in a sense outside of there to put you in check every once in awhile. He worked with me and explained all outcomes and what he could offer. I would have to say for the money that I paid and the service I gotten I couldn’t beat it anywhere else. He is very smart and knows the law like the back of his hand. Also if there is something he does not know, trust me he will research and find out exactly what it is and all possibilities.
