We were privileged to have worked with Hugo Rojas while he was with another team here locally in Milwaukee relating to helping one of our team members through a transfer of their immigration process to our company. We found that Hugo and the team at SDP & Associates continued this process without issue; treating our team member and our staff as a person, not just a form/number. I had a consultation yesterday at this immigration office with Christina I had to pay for the consultation upfront and before I go to their office I called and I asked them a straight question if I could transfer my wife's I 130 form from a service center to another service center and SHE SAID NO And I called USCIS this morning and they confirmed by repeating the same information three times if I could transfer my wife's I-30 form from a service center to another and USCIS SAID YES I can and they have the right to accept the transfer or deny it. So I called their office 15 minutes ago and spoke with Christina and I asked her to refund me my $250 consultation and she said no because she thinks she give me helpful information and she did and I respect that but at the same time she gave me false information and did not answer my main question properly and I came in just to get this question's answer because it doesn't have an answer online and she provided me with information that are available easy so that she deserved the consultation money for her Unknowing the law. I recommend you guys to call the USCIS because they help and give you all the answers you need.
