Was assigned to Christopher Phillips for traffic ticket I received. I called them for help and insisted that I pay in full - $500 for a speeding ticket- which I paid. Was not happy with the results. Emailed them two times and never got a response. Juanita who was the assistant said that they never got emails. Even if you never got them emails I think it should be a responsibility of a law office to keep the clients updated on the outcome. Was not happy with the outcome! NOT A GOOD DEFENSE LAWYER FOR TRAFFIC TICKETS AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Save your money and find someone else.

Worked with me everything if I couldn't make a payment they worked with me I appreciate everything Jacob did for me and my son!!

Got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. Plea was so good the judge had a hard time accepting it mentally and told me I better not see her again. Which I plan not to. Would hire again hypothetically

Was skeptical at first due to the distance I am from their office. (3 plus hours) I was assigned attorney Christopher Phillips and have absolutely no complaints, never talked to him directly but this man got me the EXACT outcome I wanted without even needing to come to court!! Got to admire the skill, was absolutely worth it, a grand well spent. Most of the time I communicated with Juanita Russel through email or text and she was very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with.
