When I first called Hensley, they put my mind at ease. They actually sent an employee out to my house to meet with me and get things started. I feel like that was such a great personal touch. My injury attorney was fantastic. I mean, the whole staff was super good to me. I could call any time of the day or evening. That’s the type of treatment that you just can’t get from other law firms these days. Eventually during my case, I called my personal injury attorney and told him I was fed up and ready to sue. From the very beginning, Hensley was there for me. They explained the whole process from the start. They constantly checked in on me and my daughter. They were all so nice and very professional. I was in a bad accident a few years back that tore my life apart and ended up forcing me to retire. If it wasn't for these people at Hensley, I would be in very bad shape. They are the ones that made things right. I have a hard time trusting people, but I tell everyone about how fantastic of a firm Hensley is. There is no one who can do a better job for you if you've been injured. I know a lot of attorneys, including personal injury attorneys, but I can't recommend anyone more.

My case managers were excellent. They got back to me within a timely manner. If they didn’t know the answer, they would make sure to check with their supervisors and get back with me the same day or the next day. I could tell Bri and Jillian enjoyed who they worked for and the work that they do. Their customer service was really elevated. Bri and Jillian were honestly outstanding. When it was time for me to go to my disability hearing, Justin was my representative. He did everything that he was supposed to do to ensure I was prepared. Hensley really believes in helping their community. To me, it means a great deal that they not only help their clients, but that they have such a good connection with their community.

So far it's been very pleasant dealing with the injury lawyers who have been working on my case. Although my case took a long time, I'm very happy with Hensley. They're always available. If I have any questions, they explain everything in a way I'm able to understand. I definitely recommend them.

If I had any questions, my case manager was able to answer them for me. They kept in touch with me no matter what and always let me know what they might have needed from me.
