Good local attorney but he is sometimes hard to get a hold of. He comes from an amazing family and his father was one of my favorite professors ever. He is very connected in Hammond Indiana and close personal friends to the mayor and many other integral parts of Hammond government.

Highly recommend Mr. Fontanez as your attorney for any case you may be dealing with. I contacted him worried on short notice (less than 2 hours) after being referred by a trusted source and within an hour of my court appearance.. he not only responded quickly but appeared to represent within 20 minutes. Came straight to portage from crown point, while he had a super busy schedule (7 missed calls in 5 minutes!). Honestly surprised me, gratefully so. He sets to work immediately and seriously, giving undivided attention to his client, with intentions of using all resources possible to make sure you get nothing less of an exceptional outcome. Sincere and genuine, and wants to genuinely help you, he isn’t like others who only see a dollar sign and plus a family man. There are a plethora of attorneys out there but Mr. Fontanez is a rarity in the field and an absolute necessity on your side. I wish I knew of him sooner, I wouldn’t have wasted so much time on attorneys that did the bare minimum in the past. Thank you 🙏🏽
