Brett Galvan is truly so amazing!! One of the best and my most favorite attorneys that I work with. Truly so kind and puts so much into the work that he does. He has helped so many of our drivers and is the most understanding attorney I know! If you consider hiring him, don’t think twice JUST DO IT!

Got a pretty hefty speeding ticket with a lot of wrong info entered into it and only 5 days until my court date from the citation, Brett walked me through how to take care of it with the county and even said it would be cheaper not to hire him. The Prosecuters office corrected the ticket and all is well after following his instructions, not many lawyers would go out of their way like that and say I wouldn't need to burn money on a lawyer. I would highly recommend him if you need solid legal help!

Brett is a wonderful attorney who clearly cares about his clients. He explained so much to me that I would've never understood otherwise. And was able to make a serious & scary situation and relax me with some jokes. Hopefully won't need him again but if I did I'd choose Brett all over again! :)

This lawyer is lazy, dishonest and unprofessional. He couldn't even get me in front of a judge, twice! Then the second time he just printed off the same modification that was denied the first time. Said that he would file by the end of January 2022 didn't file till April 2022. And I paid him way back in March 2021. Then he won't refund any of my money, even though he didn't even work for it. Alas it seems I must file a grievance with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission to file a Lawyer Misconduct Complaint. I hate to go that route but I gave him a chance to make it right and he didn't.

He is the guy you want to represent you. Very professional and he gets the job done. Would highly recommend Brett!
