Advice: If writing wills and/or living trusts that bequeath (a) vehicles(s), make sure the VIN number is specified per vehicle per recipient in the wording of the documents. Title offices are being very stringent about the VIN being specified.

Barbara gave a lot of great information. But I am NOT too thrilled about how at the end of consultation I was told I would be charged $225 An HOUR!! When you schedule an appointment they do NOT tell you about the consultation fee.

My wife and I visited Ms. Shaver to have our wills brought up to date and discuss issues facing older folks. We were not disappointed. This is her specialty. Her knowledge and ability to answer all our questions left us feeing secure in our decisions.
I advise most everyone, especially older people to talk with her about finances and how you want yourself treated medically and how your assets will be handled. You will avoid lots of issues doing this.
