Sent us a final notice bill with no proof of debt. They want $200 now but don't tell us what it's for

Thieves and vultures. They sued me for thousands of dollars and put a lien on my house for a hospital bill because Porter Northwest, their client, did not submit the correct information to my insurance company. If you ever have any contact with them, lawyer up immediately. They are so unethical, it's truly disgusting. We should class-action them.

This place is ridiculous we were paying on a bill they called monthly for a payment and stopped calling and bow they want check garnishment And popped up with another bill they have not called or tried to get payment for it just automatically want to go to court for payment Watch dealing with these people

They worked with us on a plan to pay the medical bills and every time we have called to make our payment they have been pleasant.

I have been dealing with this company for a while now. I was on a medical bill repayment program and was making payments until I had a medical issue that prevented me from being able to make the payments. I informed them of this and submitted a lot of documentation regarding my inability to work. I was later taken to court for a wage garnishment because I could not make the payments. The lawyer that they had tried to convince me just to go along with the garnishment. I requested we speak with the judge to which the lawyer was visibly annoyed. When in front of the judge the lawyer openly admitting to not having multiple documents with him regarding my case however, I came prepared with many documents to support my claim. In the end the judge granted them the garnishment for a lesser percentage than they tried to force me into. The lawyer I dealt with was unprepared, visibly grumpy and annoyed, spoke to me like I was ignorant, and extremely unwilling to a compromise until forced by the judge. I attempted to reach the office several times in the last couple days to only be met with a busy signal. As they do not have a website or any other lines of communication offered other than fax, postal mail, or phone call it is VERY frustrating to deal with them. It's funny how one can be sued for inability to pay medical bills when they have a condition that may hinder your ability to work.

Lacks communication.

I had no choice, but to work with them regarding my medical debts, but there was one lady I talked to who, out of all of my calls seemed the most genuine and nice and truly cared about helping me in my situation. She reassured me about all of my questions and things about court dates and such. I recently needed proof that I paid off a specific debt for a specific situation that I am in and they were very understandable and sent the paperwork in a timely matter, though they forgot one of the four items needed. Before calling them, I double checked everywhere it could’ve possibly been and when it turned up empty. I called them on the next business day, and they got it sorted out and sent the missing item.
