Mr. Malloy has been a very valuable asset for me during my Work Comp claim. He is fair, knowledgeable, ever consistent in his beliefs, communicates in a way that you understand and holds no punches when you indicate that you want your case explained in straight forward manner. He has very competent people working for him. I would recommend him for your Work Comp cases & Disability issues. Tried to get me to settle for less than I got without him. Tim got offered and dropped my case because I told him he works for me and to do as I ask him as far as my case. He only cares about himself and Oasis loan making money. If you want a lawyer that has time and respect for you Tim is not the guy. You are better off without him. Trust me and don't say I was told.
